What should I do with my nostrils? Can I make it smaller without inserting any kinds of implant? (photos)

i want to do something with my nostrils. Even though most people think that there is nothing wrong with them, and i kind of think so too. But i think it would be nice to make them smaller. I want to know if it would be possible for me to get smaller nostrils without inserting any kinds of implants (including those ear cartilage implants). I want to make my nostrils smaller and slimmer, is it possible to reduce the size of the nostrils without having any kinds of implants inserted to the nose?

You are still early in your healing phase.  Pre and post op pictures would help to give a better opinion on what exactly is happening.

In general, I would say yes.  I clear most rhinoplasty patients for full activity (except contact sports) at 6 weeks.  As always, you should check with your surgeon first.
