I want wide eye look to look awake - What procedure for Upper eyelids? (photos)

So i already had Obrital Decompression surgery in June 2021 now prev before that i had upper bleph and ptosis ex and ptosis levator anterior frm another dr i was not educated on alot at that time so now after OD my eyes still low what procedure should i have done to correct i dnt want scar to show on right eye anymore I also was thinking about fat transfer to upper eyelids I want wide eye look to look awake ! Plz help

You have bilateral ptosis that appears symmetrical. You need an in person evaluation to see your eyelid excursion and levator function to determine what is the best procedure for your. A ptosis correction with levator advancement may be a good option.

I would first get evaluated as to your uneven pupil diameter. This may be concerning for a lesion in the parasympathetic pathways.
