I'm 23 and male. I'm about 6' 0'' tall and I weigh around 175 lbs. Now I have always had, even when I was much skinnier (around 140 or so lbs in high school), large buttocks and extra weight in my thighs. I've always been extremely self conscious about this, and it makes it difficult to find the right pants. Combined with my short torso, my butt stands out very much. I was wondering if liposuction was the way to go. I would prefer for my butt to be more ideal for a male and more normally sized.
