I‘ve got grade 3 capsular contracture with scheduled implant removal/capsulectomy (no replacement). I’m expecting Asymmetrical excess skins as my breasts are highly asymmetrical. I’ve researched supplements (alongside diet/food) & want advice on what supplements are recommended for optimal recovery & for skin regaining shape I’ve read suggestions for collagen, vitamin c, probiotics, bromelain, grapeseed extract, coenzyme q10, fish oil, MSM powder & Serrapeptase. Are any worth the investment?
