Just tightness or start of capsular contracture? I am almost 6 weeks post op with BA. I just feel it tight inside. No pain.

I might be over reacting but I feel my right breast a tighter than the left. It is my smallest breast so it might be bc its stretching but I get nervous of capsular contracture. Could it just be a spasms and that's all? I know I might need an exam but doesn't feel hard to the touch. Thanks

Personally, i prefer coco butter to soften the skin. Avoid drying soaps. Stretch marks are an unusual complication of breast augmentation. Avoid very large implants and heed the advise of your plastic surgeon to use breast implants appropriate for your breast skin envelope. Good luck...

Implant silicone implant  rejection is a misnomer in a scientific sense. I think you are referring to the incidence of capsular contracture as  " silicone rejection". Capsular  contracture is uncommon whether using silicone gel or saline implants. It is  common if there is bleeding around the ...
