Vbeam shouldn't affect pore size. What you are probably seeing as enlarged pores is from swelling and coagulated blood from the heavy bruising. Bruising can happen with Vbeam but typically not to this degree. Anyone undergoing cosmetic treatments that have an impact on blood vessels should understand how even over the counter medications and supplements can thin the blood. This makes bruising more likely. Common medications and supplements such as ibuprofen, aspirin, St. John's Wort, fish oils - anything that is "heart healthy" - tend to thin the blood and increase bruising with laser treatments and injections.Discuss with your physician the bruising and opt for a less aggressive treatment setting for any future procedures.
you seem pretty bruising for vbeam treatment, which doesnt normally affect pore size at all. So if you are concerned I suggest you go back to your treating physician. Best, Dr. Emer.
ICE ICE ICE, your pores will always be enlarged esp if you had prupuric settings (bruising), ice, ice , ice, within 10 days your pores and skin texture will be back to normal. Bruising like you have may take 7+ days to settle. I would not worry at all. CheersDr Davin Lim Laser Dermatologist

Typically the body resorbs the angioma, if the laser setting was used to aggressively a scab can form as well. Best, Dr. Emer.
I suggest going to a laser expert as this can be improved but requires a combination approach, vbeam alone is effective but only for a very short time and doesnt help the texture just the color. Best, Dr. Emer.
