Got BA almost 6 weeks ago and it has been a bit difficult. I got 300cc submuscular silicone gel. My right has always been smaller and I feel like its kind of high right now. The left dropped pretty quick. I know its early and both need more time but could it be just that? More time needed for it to drop? Muscle tightness or capsular contracture?

Thank you for your question. It is very early to develop capsular contracture at 6 weeks. It probably small and feel the stretch or different size implant. I recommend you to see your PS for evaluation.
Personally, i prefer coco butter to soften the skin. Avoid drying soaps. Stretch marks are an unusual complication of breast augmentation. Avoid very large implants and heed the advise of your plastic surgeon to use breast implants appropriate for your breast skin envelope. Good luck...
