I just committed to invisalign and dentist predicts it will be about 16 months. I've had a maryland bridge for 15 years or more and it's my upper left cuspid. The dentist removed the bridge and glued a fake tooth into my temporary tray (waiting for actual invisalign to still be made). But every time I have a meal, I have to remove this and look like a total hillbilly. Is there any middle ground solution? Any sort of device I can wear during meals? I don't want to go 1.5 years like this.
