With the traditional wear time you are looking at another 2 years (January 2018) with the possibility of an additional half to full year of refinements and additional aligner ahead of you.With a comprehensive treatment as 49 aligners I suggest looking into accelerated Invisalign with the use of propel or acceledent. Invisalign advises wearing each tray for 14 days or two weeks. A one year treatment would be 24 trays. A two year treatment would be 48 trays. You may need refinement during your treatment. With 49 trays, your looking to finish the invisalign treatment sometime in February of 2018 at the earliest. You may need a mid-course correction or refinement which can add to the treatment time.
