Part of a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's responsibility- is to assist a patient in evaluating the suitability of their desires. Although you may find redeeming value in your implant size, and a desire to be even larger- personally, and professionally - I do not. Sorry, but online consultants will not be able to give you definitive advice when it comes to how much more volume of breast implant can be used safely. Remember, that utilization of a breast implant that is too large for your frame can be problematic in many ways. In my practice, the decision of how large of a breast implant can be used (including for patients seeking "extra-large" augmentation) is made during surgery after pocket adjustments have been made and after temporary sizes have been placed. My best advice: seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate lots of experience achieving the types of outcomes you would be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well. Always keep safety and avoidance of complications as your first priorities. Best wishes.
There was some interest in polypropylene or string implants at one time as the continued expansion allowed some patients to achieve massive volumes. They are not currently approved by the FDA and therefore not available in this country.
Exchanging your implants with a new incision in the breast crease should be a fairly simple recovery. It depends a bit on how much of a size change you are making and therefore how much pocket revision needs to be done.
At 18 days, there is still going to be swelling of the soft tissues. I would not make any final assessments regarding your ultimate position for at least 2-3 months. Based on your photos, I am slightly concerned regarding NAC position but this should improve to some degree as your implants...
