I lost over 200 lbs in a 6 year span, when loosing the weight my arms and upper thighs always held on to a little more fat. I feel even after the arm lift, in photos I still look like I weigh 300 lbs which I’m nowhere close to. Is there any way to even them out and get rid of the fat rolls? I’ve been told you can’t lipo the tops of the arms but I feel like my whole arm needs to have lipo. Please help, thanks
