How long should I be sore after BBL? (Photo)

Question

I am one month post op bbl, but I am still very stiff and sore around abs/sides and back. How long do it usually take before I feel normal again? I initially experienced lil to no pain/ discomfort. Is there something I should be doing. I wear my garment 24/7

It just takes time. You will continue to heal over the next 6 months or so. Follow up with your plastic surgeon as recommended.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

One month out is not that far into recovery. You will gradually feel less sore and be able to go back to regular daily activities. Hi and thanks for your questions. All patients are different in their recovery time. But the average is 2 to 3 months to start feeling normal with little to no discomfort. Some methods that tend to speed up the recovery process include Lymphatic massages, and using a Arnica to reduce your bruising after surgery. Hope this helps.
