I received botox for the first time five days ago. My reason for getting botox was to fix the differing heights of my eyebrows. My left eyebrow sat a bit higher on my face (something only I would probably notice). I understand it takes a bit for botox to settle, however my right eyebrow (the eyebrow that was once lower) is now over arched compared to my left. Can this be fixed?

Answer: Overarched eyebrows with Botox It can take up two weeks for neuromodulators to fully take effect. The eyebrow that concerns you could be addressed by injecting more Botox in the forehead above the area of the eyebrow that is being arched. That will work if there is some residual movement in the forehead. It could also be that there is some contribution from the shape of the forehead/skull or the eyebrow itself. Visit an experienced injector for a comprehensive assessment.

Answer: Uneven Brows after Botox Thank you for your question and for submitting your photo. It can take up to 14 days to see the full effects of a Botox treatment, and it's not uncommon to see slight asymmetry until then. If your asymmetry persists after 2 weeks, please follow-up with your injector. He/she may be able to even out your brows with a small touch-up treatment to your forehead. Best of luck!
