She's great! Friendly, frank and interested in what is best for YOU. She may even talk you out of something! I trust her to keep me headed in the right direction. I listen to what she advises and what she doesn't.
She's the most gentle, respectful, caring doctor. I felt comfortable in her hands and expertise. I travel 1.5 hours to see her, because I know she will deliver results. She's highly educated physician and has several years of experiences to back it up. Highly recommend.
You can expect to notice a difference around 4-7 days after your botox injections. However, the full effect is realized at about 2 weeks. Around two weeks, your injector should be able address any concerns and add more botox to areas where you are interested in more relaxation.
ThermiVa and the O-Shot can both help to improve your symptoms. ThermiVa uses radiofreqency to heat the internal and external vagina. This improves the collagen, circulation and nerve endings in the area leading to vaginal tightness, lubrication, sensation and treats mild to moderate stress incontinence. ThermiVa is done once per month for three months and touched up yearly thereafter. Many patients start seeing significant improvement in symptoms after just one treatment, however, all three ThermiVa treatments should be completed to get the maximum sustainable results. The O-Shot uses Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own body. The PRP is injected into the vagina, clitoris and labia to also produce healthier vaginal tissue resulting in better lubrication and improved sensation to the area. Usually only one injection is needed and can be repeated every 1-2 years. It may take a couple months to notice improvements with the O-Shot, however many clients see results sooner. Both procedures, when done well, are virtually painless and patients can resume sexual activity the same day as the procedure. Please note that ThermiVa and the O-Shot can be done in conjunction to treat vaginal dryness and incontinence. Done together, a stronger response should be expected.
I recommend waiting at least two weeks before having any adjustments made. At that time, you will have noticed the maximal effect of botox and may decide that your eyebrows no longer need fixing. However, if one arch still remains higher, a small amount of botox can be placed in the muscle above the overly arched side to lower it and make your eyebrows symmetrical.
