I am currently in my late 20s, and I have noticed in the past year worsening under eye creases when I smile. I have had Botox for crow's feet (and a tiny bit under my eye), as well as voluma in cheeks for volume loss. The surgical dermatologist felt the volume loss was causing the under eye rolls. Given some volume loss under my eyes/tear troughs will fillers help decrease the rolls?

Filler for the temple area is a great option. As we aged,we lose fat, muscle and bone so our faces start becoming more like a skull, specially if you are thin. HA fillers are a fantastic option as long as they are injected deep. Voluma,Vollure and Restalyne Lyft are all great options.
Facial asymmetry and volume loss can be corrected with dermal fillers. You have a descent amount of volume loss in the midface/cheeks which could be corrected using a collagen stimulating filler, Sculptra.
Hi @dar8546. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend dermal fillers. Always seek treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.
Best of luck,
