I am currently in my late 20s, and I have noticed in the past year worsening under eye creases when I smile. I have had Botox for crow's feet (and a tiny bit under my eye), as well as voluma in cheeks for volume loss. The surgical dermatologist felt the volume loss was causing the under eye rolls. Given some volume loss under my eyes/tear troughs will fillers help decrease the rolls?

Answer: Undereye lines Honestly, these superficial undereye lines can be difficult to treat. Any undereye volume loss can be treated with a filler such as Restylane and while this may improve the appearance of the undereyes/tear troughs, it may not correct the superficial lines you are concerned with. A small amount of Botox or Dysport placed right undereye the eye may soften these lines. Microneedling and fractionated non-ablative lasers as well a good eye cream may further improve the results.

Answer: Crease Under Eye Area Filler will certainly help with volume loss and to even out the area that you are concerned about. One syringe is not going to cover both under eye areas, make sure you are getting adequate treatment.
