This otoplasty performed about 7 weeks ago. I believe some the ear was bent somehow in the recovery room and was re bandaged 4 days later. I know it is still early but I can't imagine this bend is going to correct on its own. The right ear is fine. What can be done to correct this so that the ear helix looks more smooth and natural?

If one ear is protruding and big, it will appear smaller when it is pinned. A surgical reduction is then mostly unnecessary. With otoplasties today, you have the choice between the usual traditional methods and the minimally invasive stitch method.
