I had been using Aquaphor and it did a good job . Now I am using Altar cream, made specially for vampire facial and face lift procedures. I like the fact it does not feel gooey&nbsp; and does not clot the pores and has healing properties. To know more about it you can go on CMA. COM I am using this after Morpheus, Fractora&nbsp; and also advise my clients to use it after Pelleve, laser face lift.
It has not failed me yet !

I heard aquaphor should near be a last resort, so what are the best types of nourishing healing topicals for post laser or microneedling that are anti inflammatory ?

&nbsp;How are you. I understand that you have a full face and you just want to improve your skin . So when they say that it will plump up your face&nbsp; it does not mean that you will have a Fatter face . It helps your skin to look younger , tighter and the texture improves and if this is what you are looking for then it is a&nbsp; great procedure for you . You will need at least 3 treatments but the results are amazing.

Hi, I&nbsp;am interested in enhancing the texture and elasticity of my face skin. I&nbsp;already have a puffy face which am trying to keep it less puffy. Would the collagen attained from microneedling/PRP&nbsp;lead&nbsp;to plumping the face or it just build collagen that works on the skin quality?

I think this is a great option for you. I have seen good results with it.&nbsp; You may want to talk to him about Accutite also . I have not seen you so I can not make and educated judgement. You are young and if you are not on any medications that will delay healing, your skin and the tissue under it should recover fast. I would say Go for it . Best of luck.&nbsp;

I've gone to 5 consults for chin liposuction. The doctor I'm leaning towards recommends going in with facetite in addition to the liposuction. I'm 32 and in good shape. He says I'm just young/old enough that my skin may snap back after the lipo, but it may not. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, just that he's had great results with this treatment in addition to the lipo. What do you think? Is 32 too old to simply get lipo and nothing else?

How/when do you recommend using Facetite or a similar procedure after liposuction?

I can understand your pain. You are beautiful young lady and II am sure you are full of energy. looking tired for someone like you is not fair. I want to recommend PRP which will help you build healthy tissue, give a glow. A filler can be combined with it but PRP is the most important factor. the increased volume will&nbsp; help the blood vessels look less prominent.

I am only 21 years old. In the past 3 years it seems as if my skin has been rapidly aging, but more than just fine lines... Underneath my eyes are very large bulging blue veins. Towards the tear ducts are purple/briused looking tiny veins. My eyes look sunken in as if I've lost all fat. Additionally I am starting to have wrinkles. I have tried every product to moisturize, and even conceal but nothing has worked. Attached are two photos of my face now vs. 3 years ago. :( Please help!!!!

That is great question, It would be better to see you in person but the way you are describing your problem , Vampire facial would be a great solution. You will need series of 3 treatments but you will love the results.

I feel like I look a lot older and sick looking due to some of these issues. What are the best procedures for these issues? I'm 30 years old and have dry skin. I don't smoke or drink alcohol or take any drugs if that matters. I don't know if it's possible with what I have going on but I would love to have glass skin/honey skin as was popular in Korea.

I would highly recommend Lumeca&nbsp; from Inmode for age spots . One usually needs 3-4 treatments and the results are very good.

What treatment would you recommend to get rid of the age spots on my arms? I have tried treatment with a Q-switched ND:Yag laser (which was recommended by doctors in RealSelf posts), but after several months, there has been no improvement. (I did the follow up advised – medicine on the sores, avoiding sunlight, etc.; I don't know if the dermatologist did the treatment incorrectly or if this treatment is sometimes ineffective). I have a small case of osteocondritis and i have to take diclofenac every 12 hours for 10 days, but tomorrow i have an apoointment for the fillers, should i cancel? Or it doesnt matter ? thanks!

Forma is a good treatment for wrinkles under eyes but in my opinion the Fractora is a better option . It does not really have too much down time. You can go about your normal activity the very next day. You just have to make sure that you protect your skin well with sun screen and good hydration. Many times a combination of the two is good. After the Fractora , you can get Forma as a maintenance treatment .&nbsp;

I am 51, have developed wrinkles under my eyes when I smile (no wrinkles otherwise). I have had 2 consults: one practice recommended 6 treatments of Forma under eyes only. The other recommended 3 Fractora treatments. I may opt for entire face to be done, since I would like to increase collagen. While I am loving the fact that Forma has so much less down time, I am wondering if it is as effective for eye wrinlkles/collagen building as Fractora?
