I was just wondering if I can have an areola reduction during a breast augmentation? I do not need a lift as my breasts are small and there is no sagging, my areola are just quite large compared to my breasts and I assume they will stretch with implants.
Answer: Areola Reduction
Yes, you can have an areolaplasty and breast augmentation done at the same time. Your areolas will stretch with the implants over time, so if you are concerned about their appearance now, it would be best to have both procedures done at the same time.

Answer: Areola Reduction at Breast Augmentation with circumareola approach
Your areolas can be reduced at the time of breast augmentation. This can be done using a circumareola technique that adjusts your areola to the size you desire. The normal size is approximately 42 millimeters. Unfortunately, you have not provided any photographs but you say you have no sagging. The same approach can be used to place the implant and lift your breast, in necessary. You are a candidate for a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift.

Answer: Breast Implant Areola Reduction
If you are unhappy with the large size of your areola, it can be reduced during breast augmentation. The incision would go all the way around the nipple. the implant can be inserted through the same incision

Answer: Can I Have An Areola Reduction With Breast Augmentation?
Areola reduction at the same time as a breast augmentation, depending on how large your areola is, can lead to a modest or potentially even a significant lift. It's hard to give you an exact answer as to how much a reduction you can have, but an in person physical exam with a Board Certified plastic surgeon, well trained in the Benelli mastopexy, can get you both the implant you want and the areola reduction you are looking for, or at least something close on both issues.
If you are interested in seeing the technique used in an areola reduction, please go to breastimplantcenterofhawaii.com, and on the home page is a video on the Benelli mastopexy. This gives you an idea of the surgery. The concept of a permanent areola reduction as proposed by Benelli required a permanent circumareolar suture which is described in my video.
In short, the answer is "yes", you can have an areola reduction with a breast augmentation.
