I just had a lollipop lift and silicone implants put in 4 weeks ago. I noticed a small hole the size of my pinky fingernail and its freaking me out. I don't have a fever, drainage, or soreness. will it heal on own?

Answer: Breast lift incision Dear earlbuckey, this type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. It can take few weeks or months for wound to fully heal. Answer: Lollipop incisions commonly separate at the bottom and they do heal in well. What is more important is whether your surgeon has healthy tissue between that wound and the implant. If so, nothing to worry about and this will heal on its own. If not, it is more concerning, especially if the wound gets larger. You could certainly benefit from debridement so see your surgeon to have the yellow stuff removed as the wound will not start healing until all the compromised tissue is gone.
