Is it okay that i used the blow dryer on the transplanter hair on the hot setting after 24 days of my surgery would this cause any harm!

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.

Yes, that should be fine. After a month your grafts are considering fully healed and as strong as regular hairs, so at 24 days blow drying should be fine. Always check with your doctor though in case there are specific factors of your case that may change this.

By day 24 using a hair dryer should have no adverse effects on your grafts.  The grafts should be well healed by now.

At 24 days with no crusting present, using a blow drier should not impact the hair graft recipient area as they are well rooted.
