Is it safe to have Ultherapy with all of the metal in my jaw/face?

In my practice if a patient has significant dental work with metal we have used a special disposable mouth guard which minimizes the pain from Ultherapy over the dental work. Ultherapy is safe to treat with implants because with the micro-focused ultrasound technology (MFU_V) you can target and visualise the tissue that is being treated, and avoid the metal.
If you are concerned about discomfort your practitioner will be able to advise on appropriate medication to help alleviate, although in my practice with have very little issue with this.
