I recent had 548cc round butt implants/under the muscle put in approximately 6 days ago an heal rather well, however, i was wondering if it was safe to apply neosporin to the incision sites to promote healing? I have attached a most recent picture of my incisions for visual purposes as well. Thank you

Your implants look good. The implants are large for your size but at least you are healing well. If you feel that your implant has flipped OR if you are having any pain/ discomfort be sure to consult your surgeon right away.
Buttock implants are probably the only option given your lack of fat stores.
Intramuscular implants can improve volume by 400 cc or so, depending upon the size of the individual. A significant amount above this volume compromises healing by creating more tension on the healing incision.Kenneth...
