I perform arm liposuction with 1 tiny incision on each arm concealed in the back of the arm.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Arm liposuction leaves scars that are almost completely undetectable after one month.
No, when having liposuction to the arms the scars associated with this surgery are very small, well hidden and often healing rather quickly. Remember to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon when you are ready for surgery.Best of luck!
Liposuction of the arms should not leave noticeable scars. The scars are small and place near the elbow.
Thank you. Liposuction of the arms (and any body area) does not leave long or numerous scars. These usually heal well and fast. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Liposuction of the arms shouldn't leave scars when done properly. I suggest you get VASER done and see a physician with experience. Best, Dr. Emer.
Arm liposuctions don't leave big noticeable scars at all and make such a nice improvement under local anesthesia with getting back to work in only 2 days.
Liposuction typically consist of very small incisions with only a matter of millimeters in length. These incisions can be place in discreet locations and typically result in small inconspicuous scars. Instructions on caring for these incisions will be given to you in order to have these incisions heal properly.
Thank you for posting your interesting question. Arm liposuction is performed using two 5mm incisions. One incision is placed by your underarm and the other by your elbow crease. Arm liposuction can be very effective with a short recovery time. I recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced with arm liposuction. At the time of your consultation, the plastic surgeon can examine you, listen to your goals, explain the procedure in detail and decide if you are a good candidate for arm liposuction. Best wishes, Dr. Richard Swift
When I perform arm lipo I usually use one small incision by the elbow on each side that is about as wide as a pinky fingernail or smaller. Sometimes I use a second one.
