Thank you for your question. We recommend doing so with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil, but you should follow your Physician's specific instructions. When washing initially, splash water on your face and then pat dry - no rubbing. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. As a rule, follow your provider's instructions. We recommend cleansing with Cetaphil or similar product. Most places that do resurfacing on a regular basis offer a laser aftercare kit that includes a cleanser. To be sure, see two or more licensedand board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to makesure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have thesetreatments.I hope this helps.
A mild cleanser can be used. Dermatologists recommend things like Cetaphil or Cerave for cleansing. After these kinds of procedures, we recommend using Thermal Spring Water -- the most popular is from Avene -- and helps clean and hydrate the skin.
Washing your face with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil, QV wash or aqueous cream is advised. We recommend twice daily washing- this removes the dead skin cells, and helps with healing. Remember to use a simple bland moisturiser such as QV Intensive, or White Soft Parrafin to help with healing. Sunscreen should on be used when your skin has healed up completely, usually 4-8 days after fractional laser, depending on the settings. regardsDr Davin S. I recommend that people wash with cooler water and Aquanil only for a few days. Soaps and specific cleansers can be intensely irritating to skin after fractional lasers.
