Is Japanese made Futura RF a good machine for fractional laser?

Hi. Im planning on getting Fractional CO2 Laser on my face for acne scars and under eye wrinkles. The machine my dermatologist has is a Japanese made , Futura RF, RF excited Cos Laser. I read that the machine plays a big part in getting the right results and wanted to know what the reviews on this particular model are. I am feeling nervous about doing this so just wanted to clear any doubts.Thank you. Ive attached the brochure I found online on the specific machine.

Thank you for your question.You may want to check with the FDA and make certain that this is an FDA-cleared product.  I am not familiar with this machine.

To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed
and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make
sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have these
treatments.

I tried to do some research on this machine and found very little about it. While some fractional devices (Fraxel, Fractora) have been FDA- approved, there are many small companies out there that make machines and try to sell them to offices (or patients) and yet, they are not safe or FDA-approved. Because they seem like a good deal, some offices will buy machines that are from smaller companies not realizing they are getting unapproved machines. The technologies can be approved, but each manufacturer needs their own specific FDA approval for each unit. I cannot find anything about this machine and so I have my concerns about its safety and whether or not it has approval. I would not recommend any C02 devices be used that are not tested and safety approved by the FDA for that specific model. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
