II’ve looked at tons of before/after pics for lift/aug for my dr and various drs and am impressed with results. The 3D imaging my PS used was extremely disappointing. My breasts are a saggy 36dd/Victoria secret DDD but in this picture which shows how they look with implants I am so disappointed I am reluctant to even do surgery. I also feel that the before photo may have been taking incorrectly bc my breasts are off to the side. Please tell me my results will be much better than this photo.32 yr old. I am very nervous about the size we have selected, which was based mainly on vectra 3D imaging. I am 5’11 and 178 lbs. sagging after breastfeeding . I selected sizes 460cc for the left and 590cc for the right (based on 3D imaging). I hear larger implants have issues with dropping/sagging in future, which contradicts the entire point of doing . Worried if I choose smaller will have regret. I know that I will lose some volume with the lift . What is a good size for me? Thanks for input.

Dear Jess,
