My nipples leave stains in my bra. 5 years p.o. BL with implants. Advice?

I have had a lift and implants 5 years ago. And I have noticed that all my bra's have "nipple marks" or I see it as stains. I don't feel like my areola area is leaking or wet but I suffer from these nipple stains in all my bras. Is this normal?
