The lip lift incision should not compromise circulation to your nose. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Yes, you do appear to be a candidate for a corner lip lift. I would also add possibly a small amount of fat to your lips as well. This will give the best aesthetic result. The corner lip will add a little more vermilion border to the corner of the lip and give you a more symmetric upper lip...
