Gap on side of lips - would a lip lift or fillers be the solution here? (Photos)

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Lip deformity of this kind can be treated with local flap; tissue from inside of the lip could be advanced in a V-Y fashion to bring more fullness to the area of concern. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, someone who has experience in cleft lip surgery, is recommended.
