Do you think that there is any hope for me to fix this scars on my nose, avoiding dermal fillers? (Photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Good Morning! Sounds like you've tried quite a bit. Not sure if you've had CO2 laser, but that may be a great option for resurfacing. Sometimes, a couple treatments are needed to finesse and ensure no pigment changes or worse scarring. Dermabrasion may be an option as well. Chemical peels such as TCA can help. Hope this is useful!
