My upper lip got ripped off when I waxed while taking Accutane, what shall I do? (photo)

I started taking my dose of 48 mg of Accutane on 7th of june.. ( one week ago ) and on 13th june, I waxed my upper lip thinking that the medicine didn't start to work yet so I can do them. My right side of the lip get peeled off, the first layer of the skin is peeled and it stings too much. I put Vaseline only. yesterday ( one day after the incident ) it started to scab, and today the scab peels, but under it the skin is still red. does this mean that I got permanent scars ? what shall I do ? please HELP

I perform laser treatments on my Accutane patients at times. But I am also keenly aware of their dosage and my treatment parameters. If you don't have an office that is keenly aware of Accutane and lasers, then no, it is probably not safe. And I advise my patients to be off of the Accutane for 2...
