First of all this does not sound like a lipoma, but instead a sebaceous cyst which popped.  Lipomas do not pop and creamy liquid does not come out of them this would happen with a sebaceous cyst. I would recommend you find a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of plastic ...

Lipomas don't leak out brownish fluid unless it's possibly infected which would be rare. It sounds like you probably have some type of cyst or something else there. I would recommend you get it evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Gartner

It is always preferable to not operate on a pregnant individual unless it's absolutely necessary. But it could be done if a lipoma was small superficial and only local anesthesia was necessary. It would be best to be evaluated by a board-certified plastic surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Gartner
