Home IPL devices typically utilize low level energy.  I think it is inconceivable that IPL would cause illness or infertility.

IPL for home use have very minimal power. Even in-office machines with a lot more power won't affect organs. So no, there is no way a home machine will cause harm to organs or cause infertility. "This
