Clicking noise in my muscle repair after 3 weeks post op tummy tuck when sitting down. Any suggestions?

I m 3 weeks post op full tummy tuck . My recovery was great for the first 2 weeks but in the third week i heard a clicking sound in the area of muscle repair . Another issue that i have is swelling after i do a lot of mouvement or effort .
