Clicking noise in my muscle repair after 3 weeks post op tummy tuck when sitting down. Any suggestions?

should be evaluated by your surgeon as your surgeon knows what was done and what it may be.  I have  no clue as my patients have not experienced what you described in my 20+ years of experience.
