yes its normal to feel hungry and thirsty after liposuction this typically resolves by 3 months. I suggest you see your physician about post surgical care and at this point be back in the gym enhancing your surgical outcomes.  Dr. Emer.

However, you should definitely keep hydrated after liposuction.  Your body needs hydration as you recover so make sure to drink plenty of water as opposed to coffee or soda. You might also want to consult your plastic surgeon to determine whether any medications you might be taking are causing frequent urination or excessive thirst.

Hello, thank you for your question.  I cannot think of a clear relationship between your liposuction and increased thirst. But if you are experiencing these symptoms you should see your GP  and get your urine tested and also your blood sugar.
