You are still in the healing phase.  continue wearing your pressure garment and give it another 2 months for your to see the swelling get less and see more of the result.  You need to do nothing at this point other then wait.  For my patients I don't recommend any post surgical treatment such as messaging or hyperbaric treatment...and our patients do fine...so for now you just have to wait and know that the swelling will be worst some days more then other days.

I know that it is frustrating but you are still in the early stages of healing. It sounds as if you are doing everything right. Share your concerns with your surgeon, but it can take anywhere from 3-6 months for the swelling to fully subside. Hope this helps --

This is quite normal after liposuction and fully expected.  It will take at least 6 weeks post surgery to resolve most of the swelling and you can have some hardness/swelling up to a year post procedure.  You are doing all the right things, just need to give it more time.
