Without a picture its hard to say 100% what you would be able to expect aesthetically and if it would be possible to fully remove the current bellybutton incision or if you would have a small vertical incision where it was stitched closed. That being said, if you have a significant amount of loose skin above your bellybutton then my guess is yes.
