I had a panni done over 10 years ago and I hate the way it looks, I'm very big up top and my belly button is low now. Is it possible to have a tummy tuck after a panni? I'm 5'9 around 200lbs currently.

It is possible. It is of course not frequent. Some patients that have addition weight changes can potentially benefit from extra skin removal years later. A physical exam would be required to determine what type of procedure would work best.

Yes you can generally have a tummy tuck after a panniculectomy. Without a picture its hard to say 100% what you would be able to expect aesthetically and if it would be possible to fully remove the current bellybutton incision or if you would have a small vertical incision where it was stitched closed. That being said, if you have a significant amount of loose skin above your bellybutton then my guess is yes.
