I had a closed rhinoplasty to reduce the tip width and droopiness, hump, and width of the bridge. When the splint was on my nose looked good but once it was off I was left with a flat nose. It's been 11 days since the surgery and I've been so sad lately since I'm more self conscious. The nurses told me he broke the bones of the bridge but the bridge does appear wider. When I touch the wide parts they're hard so it must be bone, not swollen soft tissue... I'm scared it'll be stuck like this.

Thank you for your query. It is way too early to be carrying out any sort of analysis. You should not do this for at least 6 months as your nose will continue to change over the course of the next 12 months.A lot of patience is required. Hope that helps.
Certainly yawning will make no significant difference to your nose.
There are a number of surgical options to narrow a nose and some can be done under local anesthesia. Seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for in person consultation to get an opinion about this.
I hope you find...
Dear Nola2016,
The nasal bones should have been fully healed by six weeks after surgery. I see no reason why you cannot start wearing glasses at this time.
I hope this has been helpful.
