Im struggling with my under eye and mid face area, i have visible mid cheek groove and possible volume lost. Ive done fillers under eye, cheek and nosolabial and it didnt improve much. Im thinking about endoscopic mid face lift or fat transfer but that one is too unpredictable..

Based on what is visible, the main issue is midface descent with under-eye hollowing rather than a skin quality problem. This is why fillers have not given you the result you were hoping for. In your case, an endoscopic midface lift would reposition the cheek tissues upward and improve the mid-cheek groove, while a lower eyelid blepharoplasty can address undereye contour irregularities. This combination provides a more structural, longer lasting correction compared to fillers or fat transfer alone.

Frankly, I am a bit puzzled. From the photos it would appear that you would likely do well with the use of a robust HA volumizing filler for a nonsurgical filler cheek augmentation. Since the upper mid-cheeks are a major support for the under-eyes, as well as provide a major lift to the skin that affects the appearance below, revolumizing this region properly and sufficient with filler typically not only helps to smooth the under-eyes, but contours a more feminine Ogee Curve to the cheeks and diminishes the smile lines below. 
Your prior lack of success with fillers may have resulted from an improper choice (I.e. use of less robust filler) of filler and/or insufficient amount of filler injected or improper injection technique.
Before jumping to expensive surgeries or to risky fat injections, you may wish to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
