How could I change my face to be more heart shaped?? (Photos)

If I pull on the side of my face slightly, the effect it gives me is a more heart shape that I like. Right now, my face is a little saggy on the sides. I do get massater botox but it wears off fast and doesn't change my face shape thag much.

Since you achieve a more desirable, oval, heart-shaped face by with simply pulling up on the upper outer cheeks, you can very reasonable expect to achieve this same effect by the use of a robust HA volumizing filler cheek augmentation.
