I am 5'4 , 57kg SLIM, ATHLETIC BUILD, 34B empty B. I have a little asymmetry my bw is 11cm and I think the other is 11.5-12cm. I am having my op sub pectoral HP allergen natrelle 375cc or 400cc. Ive gone for 400cc as I couldn't see much difference liked the projection of 375cc but looked too small but thinking maybe 400cc too top heavy. The look I would like would be as the pictures. Do you think I will achieve this with the 405cc? I wanted a full C or D natural , full, shape!
Answer: Implant size To test for size, bring a bra in your preferred size to your next consultation and try on implant sizers (they should have them in your desired volumes). This will give you a better idea of how your body will look after surgery. Then, if you think that the size your surgeon recommended is too big, you can always request something smaller. However, just a note: in my experience, rarely do patients regret having gone too big. They usually regret having gone too small!

Answer: Best Breast Implant Size/ Profile for Me?
Thank you for the question and pictures. Some general thoughts regarding breast implants may be helpful to you but also make sure that you will not benefit from breast lifting as well. Whether or not a breast lift will be helpful to you will depend on your physical examination but your frontal view picture does suggest that this operation should at least be discussed.
In regards to the best breast implant size/profile to help achieve your goals, online consultants are not in a position to provide you with precise enough advice. I would certainly not base any decisions you make on specific advice received online.
The best (general) online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “full C, small D cup” or " top-heavy” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link) help.

Answer: Allergen Natrelle 375-400cc High Projection Right for my Frame?
The most important thing is selecting implants is to get the correct base with. Putting implants in your bra is not very accurate as the implants will look different depending if you put them above or below the muscle. also, if you go below the muscle, it appears that you may need a lift as well.

Answer: Finding the right breast implants
It appears as though you can get an excellent result with breast implants. However, it's hard to tell you exactly what size is good for you without examining you in person. I have my patients bring in a bra that they want to fill out and then have them place different size implants into the bra to see how they like them. Also, it appears as though you might need a small lift to ensure that the nipple/areola is in the right position after the breast augmentation. Good luck! Dr. Schreiber, Baltimore plastic surgeon

Answer: Implant Size to move from B to D cup While 375 or 400cc breast implants are reasonable recommendations, you will need in person consultation and examinations for the best size for you. The size of the implants are based on a combination of a patient's goals and objectives and her anatomy. In order to provide a natural looking augmentation, the surgeon needs to evaluate many factors including soft tissue coverage, skin laxity, chest wall width, breast imprint width, the shape of the breasts and relative level of constriction to ensure that the breast implants are appropriate for your body. Consult in person with 3 experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeons to understand your options.
