This definitely still looks like tyndall effect to me, so you may need to have more dissolved. Good luck!

I think you are in the clear in regards to your filler seeing as it was performed 6 months ago. I would not recommend facial cupping immediately after getting an injectable seeing as that may affect the filler but you should be good for now.
