Is this Tyndall Effect or Dark Circles? Do I need to dissolve more? (photos)

In June 21 I had fillers for under eyes and cheeks. I had large puffy bags that appeared under my eyes after doing so. I was told it was water retention or my hormones were off. I had blood work completed and hormones are level. I was told I needed to get ultrasound, dermapen with PRP. I did multiple still puffy. After doing some research I think it is due to too much filler. I insisted on having some dissolved today. I can't tell if I need to have more dissolved or if I have dark circles.
