Can I have filler only in the front cheeks? (photos)

Question

Just in the red circles to make the front cheeks (right under the under-eye) pop out a little more. I know cheek filler is usually also where the blue line is. My main worry is it making my face look to wide and make my zygomatic arch protrude outwards. I really want the width of my face to be thin and plan on getting buccal fat removal.

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill, Contour) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. You're right that filler where the blue line is could make your face a little wider, and could also cause you to look more feminine, which it sounds like you don't want. To enhance a male face, filler is most often placed somewhat near the red area that you circled - mostly down below from the outermost corner of your eyes. Filling in this area can definitely "pop-out" the red area.
