Hello, I am 20 and I have a pointy chin whenever my jaw moves down to talk and smile. For background, I had pretty bad TMJ in the past few years, but for about a year now my jaw is better. However, my insecurities about my chin is not. As you can see from the pictures it is really pointy. I don’t believe it’s the bone though and think it may be a lot of fat on the tip of my chin. I would love to do something non-invasive, but what would you suggest?
