could I get a nose like Ariana Grande through plastic surgery? (photos)

I asked this before but I didn't give a picture which wasn't fair to the doctors trying to answer. So heres a pic. and u can look Ariana up. I photoshopped her nose onto my face (to see if it was something I'd be interested in) and I really did like it and I felt super confident. (until I realised it wasnt me ahah) btw: I'm turning 19 in a month so i think I'm at the age where I can do this an not worry about under development I believe

Both procedures could be performed at the same time, or separately depending upon how you wish to proceed. Ptosis repair is usually performed by an oculoplastic surgeon, while rhinoplasty is performed by a plastic/ facial plastic surgeon. If you separate them in time, best to wait a few months...

This appears to  the normal small amount of scabbing we often see. The alar base/sill scars typically heal extremely well. You should not need anything else done.

I can think of no reason why you would need to stop taking Benadryl before a rhinoplasty.  However, you should check with your surgeon if there is any doubt.
