Question

I asked this before but I didn't give a picture which wasn't fair to the doctors trying to answer. So heres a pic. and u can look Ariana up. I photoshopped her nose onto my face (to see if it was something I'd be interested in) and I really did like it and I felt super confident. (until I realised it wasnt me ahah) btw: I'm turning 19 in a month so i think I'm at the age where I can do this an not worry about under development I believe

From what I see, you could reduce and refine the size of your nose.  The answer is, yes, you could have a nose similar to hers, but your face is a different shape from hers.  The rhinoplasty you ultimately have needs to fit your face.  So, it can be smaller; the tip can be thinned to match your face.  In addition, her chin is more projected than yours.   You can have some type of augmentation to the chin (implant or filler) which would provide more projection.  Overall, you are very pretty and a little refinement would look great!
