I'm looking for a doctor in the NJ/NY area who can perform a tip plasty. I had one consultation with a doctor who recommended a full rhinoplasy, he said shaping the cartilage at the top will shape the rest of the nose and my nostrils will be smaller. At my age (49), I'm looking for a less invasive procedure to just reduce the tip a little. Is it possible to trim the cartridge at the tip only? Appreciate any advice.
