What would happen to my nose if I removed my plastic plaster after my Rhinoplasty ?

Hello, I have just been discharged from hospital four days ago after a Rhinoplasty surgery. My question is, what will happen if I take off the plaster early on, it came off 3 days ago and my appointment to remove it is next week, how important is it? will my nose go back to its crooked position? Please let me know because I don't want to have another operation.

If the edge of your nostril-narrowing incision opened after suture removal, your surgeon may wish to examine you and replace the suture, if necessary.Hope this helps you.Dr. Joseph
