What would happen to my nose if I removed my plastic plaster after my Rhinoplasty ?

Hello, I have just been discharged from hospital four days ago after a Rhinoplasty surgery. My question is, what will happen if I take off the plaster early on, it came off 3 days ago and my appointment to remove it is next week, how important is it? will my nose go back to its crooked position? Please let me know because I don't want to have another operation.

Since the cast on your nose fell off early after your rhinoplasty, you should contact your surgeon.  It is possible that your surgeon may want to replace it.  The purpose of the cast is to keep your nose in position and it can help prevent any damage to your nose if it is accidentally bumped or hit.
