Is it possible to make your nose straight without changing the shape or size?

I'm pretty good with my size of my nose and shape, however its just the nose goes sideways, and I keep trying to decide what to do, go with fillers or surgery, I have already had rhinoplasty for a broken nose but it wasn't fixed, instead my lips looked crooked as well, so my question is just can you do it without changing much of the size as I feel it's small enough? and i dont want the lip to nose ratio to be more??? thank you!!!

The crooked nose that is aesthetically proportionate in all other aspects can be fixed without making the nose bigger or smaller. It involves osteotomies (breaking the bones) and resetting them. In some cases it can involve the nasal septum to be straightened as well. RegardsDr. J

Yes, the nose can be straightened without changing the shape. When a crooked nose is present from previous trauma, a combination of medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to re-set them. Additionally a cartilaginous spreader graft can be placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the mid vault area.
