How can I get rid of triple eyelid fold without surgery?

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I can see your area of concern but without an in-person examination it is difficult to offer the best recommendation as the cause of the fold will need to be addressed.  Most likely this is excess skin that will need surgery to remove, but see a board certified plastic surgeon for the best treatment recommendation.

Thank you for your questions and pictures. Botox could help a bit so that's definitely an option you could discuss with an expert plastic surgeon in your area. Another option is to heat the eyelid folds right under the skin for a few minutes using a procedure called ThermiTight. The tiny probe that is applied under the skin will shrink up and tighten the loose tissue while simultaneously stimulating collagen production. Heat is applied for only a few minutes. From the pictures you seem to have a smaller left eye, maybe due to a upper lid levator m deficiency, that you try to compensate by left frontalis m hypertone and consequent eyebrow elevation. But I would need to see the dynamics of your eyes (how you move your lids, which is the dominant eye etc etc).Try to see a good oculoplastic surgeon to fix the preblem. You could have partial improvement with a small amount of HA filler in the left upper orbit and lid. This is also something to try with an expert injector. 

From your photos it looks like you are arching your left brow higher than the right. This was not present in your before picture. I recommend you see an oculoplastic specialist to help sort this out. There is a possibility that botox could be used to lower the left brow as long as you don't have any drooping of the left eyelid. Best of luck.

The answer for correction is a blepharoplasty which is surgery.   You simply have excess skin that needs removed ideally.    Nothing short of surgery will correct this.        My Best.   Dr Commons
