I have some crowding on my bottom row of teeth. Does it look severe enough that I will have to have orthodontist fix it first before I get veneers? I also have a 100% overbite. will that have an effect on getting porcelain veneers? pictures attached.

Answer: Overbite and crowding First, thanks for posting the photos. They are very helpful. Veneers are meant to be a long term restoration, not something you change regularly and they will be a significant investment. I would highly encourage you to consider orthodontics before having veneers done. Creating a more ideal bite and eliminating the crowding will allow your dentist to be much more conservative when it is time to do your veneers. This may reduce the number of veneers you need to do to create a beautiful smile.
